The\u00a0Bill\u00a0Noe\u00a0Flight School seeks a Public Relations \u2013 Journalism intern to help promote the flight school to prospective students, potential patrons, current students, and their families. The information will be shared in several formats, including a periodic newsletter, social media posts, and press releases. More specifically, the intern will:<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Help the flight school team develop and produce a high-quality quarterly newsletter<\/li>\n
  2. Review and recommend revisions to the Flight School\u2019s Marshall University web pages<\/li>\n
  3. Prepare postings for popular social media formats that promote the flight school, announce student achievements, and announce open houses in Charleston or other cities<\/li>\n
  4. Prepare press releases for the flight school<\/li>\n
  5. Make recommendations to the flight school team regarding techniques to promote the flight school<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The intern will not be expected to commute to and from Charleston. Rather, the intern can collect information through audio\/video interviews and email. The intern will meet routinely with the flight school team to discuss ongoing projects and recommendations for promoting the school<\/p>\n
