Edwards Playhouse<br \/>\nMarshall University<\/p>\n<p>This event is free and open to the public; please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.com\/e\/us-court-of-appeals-for-the-fourth-circuit-tickets-549636817517?aff=ebdssbdestsearch\">register<\/a> for your free ticket.<\/p>\n<h3>What to Know Before You Go<\/h3>\n<p><strong>On March 22nd, the Joan C. Edwards Performing Arts Center will be operating as a federal courthouse, with all the necessary security protocols.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>COME EARLY<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; Security screening will begin at 7:30 a.m.; everyone must be seated prior to the beginning of oral arguments, when the doors to the &#8220;courtroom&#8221; will be closed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No &#8220;in and out&#8221;<\/strong> &#8211; Please commit to staying for at least an entire argument; each should last 40 minutes. The doors to the courtroom will close at 9:25 a.m. and the first argument will begin.
