Business, Social Sciences and Fine Arts courses taught in English. Intensive Japanese language program offered. One and two semester programs. Students pay tuition, fees and room\/board to Marshall University.\u00a0Students wishing to participate must be nominated \u00a0by the MU Japanese Program faculty.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chukyo University<\/strong> in Nagoya, Japan is a tuition only exchange, room and board costs depend on your choice of residence. This particular exchange is for those seeking fluency and have achieved a higher level of difficulty in Japanese. Students wishing to participate must be nominated \u00a0by the MU Japanese Program faculty.<\/p>\n<h2>England<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Anglia Ruskin University<\/strong> in Cambridge, England &#8211; Media, Criminology and Business majors in their junior year. Exchange is subject to identifying a counterpart student from Anglia who can participate in the exchange. Students pay Marshall University tuition and fees and they pay their dormitory fee to Anglia (does not include food).<\/p>\n<h2>France<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Catholic University of Lyon<\/strong>, France &#8211; One or two month French Language Program. Students take intensive French courses and earn 6 hours of foreign language credit . No French proficiency required. Students stay in homestays and participate in weekend excursions to cultural and historical sites. Departure date is in July. Selection is conducted through Modern Languages.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rennes 2 University\u00a0<\/strong>in Rennes, France.\u00a0 Tuition is paid to Marshall University and Room &amp; Board are paid to host institution.\u00a0 Each year, one scholarship will be granted to one student from MU.\u00a0 Open to Business, Humanities, Social Sciences, and French majors.<\/p>\n<h2>Spain<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Universitas Nebrija<\/strong> in Madrid, Spain &#8211;\u00a0One or two-month Spanish Language Program. Students take intensive Spanish courses and earn 6 hours per month of credit in<a href=\"https:\/\/www.marshall.edu\/study-abroad\/files\/2013\/07\/IMG_1163.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/www.marshall.edu\/study-abroad\/files\/2013\/07\/IMG_1163-1024x764.jpg\" alt=\"Admin Building\" width=\"400\" height=\"299\" \/><\/a> the Foreign Language department. No Spanish proficiency required. Students stay in homestays and participate in weekend excursions to cultural and historical sites. Departure dates are usually in June and July. ISEP students gain intercultural competence through integration into their host institution and host culture while exploring the international dimensions of their academic field.<\/p>\n<p>ISEP option:<br \/>\n&#8211; ISEP Direct:\u00a0study abroad programs at ISEP Member institutions open to students from ISEP Member and Affiliate institution.<\/p>\n<p>For more information about ISEP, visit their website at\u00a0<a title=\"International Student Exchange Programs (ISEP)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.isep.org\">http:\/\/www.isep.org<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>KIIS: Kentucky Institute for International Studies<\/h2>\n<p>KIIS is a non-profit study abroad consortium of which Marshall is a member. KIIS is committed to offering high-quality, low-cost study abroad options for undergraduate, graduate, and non-degree seeking students. KIIS has 25 four-week summer programs\u00a0 and four semester programs in Europe, Africa, Asia, Canada, and Central &amp; South America with courses in Business &amp; Economics, Humanities, Health Sciences, Language Study, Natural Sciences, and Social Sciences.<\/p>\n<p>KIIS programs are faculty-led.
