The rebuttal provides an opportunity to address the grounds and arguments raised in the appeal.\r\n\r\nRebuttals must be submitted within five (5) business days of the appeal being filed. Upon submission, the rebuttal will be shared with the appealing party. Requests for an extension must demonstrate good cause and be submitted in writing to the Title IX Coordinator by the close of business on the fifth business day.\r\n\r\nPlease complete all required fields and upload any supporting documentation in .pdf, .doc, or .docx format.
