\n\nMarshall\u2019s Writing Across the Curriculum (WAC) program offers writing centered pedagogy to students in disciplines across the university. The WAC program was created by faculty and formally approved by the Faculty Senate in 1994. It is part of Marshall\u2019s general education program.\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n\nWriting Intensive (WI) courses reinforce critical thinking skills by using writing in a substantial way to enhance learning. In these courses, writing is not an \u201cextra activity\u201d \u2013 it is an integral part of the learning process.\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n
