2:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.: Keynote Address

Hear from two of the College Program for Students with Autism Spectrum Diversity’s Student Advocates for an inside take on what it important, relevant, and meaningful to autistic college students and graduates today.

2:30 p.m.– 3:15 p.m.: Recognizing the Benefits of a Diverse Workforce

Learn from inclusive and diverse hiring organizations like Computer Aid, Inc., JP Morgan Chase, Ernst & Young, and Ultranauts about their neurodiverse hiring initiatives, what job seekers can do to find opportunities, and what organizations can do to diversify their company.

3:15 p.m. – 3:25 p.m. Break

3:25 p.m. – 4:25 p.m.: Successfully Employed – Former Graduates Share Employment Experiences

Join us as we speak to Marshall University alumni about their journey from the graduation stage to full-time employment (discussion will include disclosure, accommodations, and best practices).

4:35 p.m. – 5:20 p.m.: Mental Health in Higher Ed

Hear from experts in mental health, autism, psychology, and counseling to learn about unique challenges faced by students in higher ed when trying to maintain a healthy, balanced life.
