We actively <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">partner with student organizations, campus offices, and community groups<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> to create impactful events that uplift diverse voices and experiences.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;335551550&quot;:0,&quot;335551620&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:240,&quot;335559739&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Signature Programs<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.marshall.edu\/bold\/\">BOLD Women&#8217;s Leadership Network<\/a>: BOLD at Marshall University is an innovative initiative of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/thehgbfoundation.org\/bold-womens-leadership-network\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BOLD Women\u2019s Leadership Network,<\/a>\u00a0designed to empower women with the tools and confidence to lead with purpose.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Women&#8217;s History Month:\u00a0 The Women\u2019s Center recognizes March as Women\u2019s History Month on campus. Each year we offer a variety of programs, including a campus celebration of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.internationalwomensday.com\/\">International Women&#8217;s Day<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/hiv\/library\/awareness\/nwghaad.html\">National Women and Girls HIV\/AIDS Awareness Day<\/a>, and a <a href=\"https:\/\/allianceforperiodsupplies.org\/period-poverty\/\">Period Product Drive<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.marshall.edu\/wcenter\/2025-women-of-marshall-awards\/\">Women of Marshall Awards:<\/a> \u00a0The Women\u2019s Center created this award to honor Marshall University faculty, staff, students, and alumni who have demonstrated significant contributions toward the advancement of gender equity and\/or women\u2019s empowerment through leadership, mentorship, education, activism, community service, policy development, research, and arts and culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/now.org\/now-foundation\/love-your-body\/\">Love Your Body<\/a>: Love Your Body programming in the Women\u2019s Center is inspired by the National Organization of Women annual <a href=\"https:\/\/now.org\/now-foundation\/love-your-body\/\">Love Your Body Day Campaigns<\/a>.\u00a0 Our goal is to create opportunities that encourage the campus community to challenge how society views bodies of varying shapes, sizes, genders, races, abilities and backgrounds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary Negotiation: The Women\u2019s Center offers salary negotiation workshops from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aauw.org\/resources\/programs\/salary-negotiation\/\">American Association of University Women (AAUW)<\/a>.
