Bailey, professor of radio-television production and management in the W. Page Pitt School of Journalism and Mass Communications at Marshall University and faculty manager of WMUL-FM, said, \u201cWMUL-FM is excited to enter its third decade of providing this traditional homecoming event, which builds excitement for the homecoming game.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The car this year will be painted in maroon and gold and adorned with the image of a bobcat head to symbolize the Texas State football team mascot.<\/p>\n<p>WMUL-FM volunteers will set up for the event at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, October 17th and begin taking signed safety waivers and $1 fees at 10 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>The event will end at 3 p.m. to allow time for volunteers to clean up and tow away the car in time for the homecoming parade at 6 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Station spokespeople have voiced their gratitude to Kelly&#8217;s Radiator Service for helping continue to make each Car Bash a successful event year after year.<\/p>\n<p>WMUL Car Bash information and updates can be found on the WMUL-FM social media pages, on the station&#8217;s Herdlink profile, or on its website at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marshall.edu\/wmul\">www.marshall.edu\/wmul<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>For questions and information, contact Dr. Charles G.
