The application for the 2020 cycle is now closed. Please watch your email for more information regarding your status as an applicant.
The online application is set up to allow you to create a personal account so that you can log in and update. Three letters of reference are required. An automated email will be sent to each referee with submission directions for their letter. Please notify your referee of this email so they can watch their email for it.
Successful applicants cannot have matriculated at any prior institution of higher learning. Taking college level courses prior to high school or equivalent graduation is permissible.
All applicants must complete a separate application for admission to Marshall University prior to submitting the Yeager application. See Marshall admissions “Apply Now” at www.marshall.edu/admissions/apply/. We will use MU Admissions to verify your standardized test scores.
We will accept qualifying ACT scores from the December 14, 2019 test date and qualifying SAT scores from the December 7, 2019 test date, but you must send a screen shot to confirm your reported scores as soon as possible to email@example.com.
Students who accept the offer to be Yeager Scholars are not eligible to participate in Marshall’s accelerated undergraduate programs, such as the BS/MD program offered by the Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine.
Please email any concerns or questions to firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also view the informational video below. In the video, Yeager Scholars Alex and Le Trae (Class of 2022) offer a few tips to applicants on ways to improve their application for this full-ride scholarship program.
