LINKS Meteorology Home Weather Cam Weather Station Radar Satellite Archives Meteorology Club

We are currently developing a real time weather information site for Marshall University. This site will include real time streaming video and data feeds from Marshall's very own weather station and camera. Current undergraduate meteorology students are gaining hands on experience by interpreting the real time data from Marshall's new weather station. In conjunction with this, a new club has arrived! The Marshall University Meteorology Club has been officially established and recognized by the Student Government Association. Dr. Kevin Law, of the Geography Department, has also developed several meteorological classes with the intent to develop the ONLY meteorology program offered in the state of West Virginia. (Yes, we are proud!) This will hopefully lead to more students choosing to stay in-state for college. This will also allow Marshall to be a choice for future Meteorology students from out of state as well. We are striving to secure a brighter future for our students, our school, and our state.
