Guests will also enjoy exploring the Marshall Memorabilia display cases in the lobby of the Rotunda.

About Brad D. Smith

The Brad D. Smith Foundation was made possible by the charitable giving of 1986 Marshall University alum, Brad D. Smith. Mr. Smith is the Executive Chairman of the Board at Intuit, where he served as CEO for 11 years.

Smith has long acted as a benefactor to Marshall University, including a $25 million donation to the Lewis College of Business, which has since been renamed to the Brad D. Smith College of Business, in honor of Mr. Smith.

The Brad D. Smith Foundation Hall is the result of an additional act of giving performed by Mr. Smith and his wife, Alys. The pair established the Brad D. and Alys Smith Family Scholarship at Marshall for West Virginia and Ohio students. Due to the unending generosity and commitment to our campus community, Mr. Smith has been honored by the naming of our foundation hall.
