Nolan Miller is a 20-year-old junior Japanese major at Marshall University, currently studying abroad at Chūkyō University in Nagoya, Japan. He is this year’s recipient of the Elisabeth Davidson Kimbler Study Abroad Award, the Sarah Denman Study Abroad Award, the Gilman Scholarship, and the AATJ-Bridging Scholarship, totaling $9,750.00 in scholarship money. After graduating, Nolan plans to become a Japanese teacher.
