Mr. Craigo is owner and operator of Better Foods Inc. He is a former state senator, including serving as the finance committee chairman. He currently is serving in his first term with the board.
Mr. Dagostine is a division manager with Champion Industries in Huntington. He is serving in his first term with the board.
Mr. Haden is owner of i-Source, LLC, an insurance agency in Charleston. He currently is serving in his first term with the board.
Edward Howard III – Vice Chairman
Mr. Howard is the retired senior vice president and regional manager of J.C. Penney Company’s West Region. He currently is serving in his second term with the board.
Ms. Kinsey has been a financial advisor with Northwestern Mutual in Huntington for more than 30 years. She is serving her first term on the board.
Mr. Lowther is an accountant with the firm of Cain & Associates in Parkersburg. He currently is serving in his second term with the board.
Mr. McDonie is chief executive officer of Rock Branch Community Bank Inc., in Nitro; president and chief executive officer of Citation Investments, Inc., in Huntington; and managing member of Beacon Development, LLC, in Milton. He also serves as a member of the board of directors and chairs the development commitment of the Education Alliance in Charleston. He is currently serving in his first term with the board of governors.
Michael Sellards – Chairman
Mr. Sellards is president and chief executive officer of St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington. He currently is serving in his second term with the board.
Wyatt Scaggs – Secretary
Mr. Scaggs is a third-generation owner and operator of Baisden Brother Hardware in Logan. He currently is serving in his first term with the board.
Joseph Touma, M.D.
Dr. Joseph Touma is an ear specialist practicing at the Touma Ear, Hearing and Balance Center, PLLC, which he established in 1971 in Huntington and Ashland. He currently is serving in his second term with the board.
Cam Brammer, Ph.D. – Faculty Representative
Dr. Brammer is the faculty representative on the board. She is a professor in the Communication Studies Department, where she has worked since 1986, serving as chair of the department since 2007. She served two terms as Faculty Senate chair in 2008-10 and 2010-12. She also serves as secretary for Graduate Council.
Miriah Young – Staff Representative
Ms. Young is the classified staff representative on the board.
Duncan Waugaman – Student Representative
Mr. Waugaman is the president of the Student Government Association. He is the student representative on the board.
