Describing the Voice Major: Acoustic, Aerodynamic, and Self-Reported Features

Led by Professor Sarah Clemins and Dr. Lisa Fry, this study focuses on gathering data on acoustic, aerodynamic, and self-reported vocal features collected during entry-level voice screenings for Marshall University’s voice majors at the Center for Wellness in the Arts and organizing these descriptive features into a database in an effort to identify new and relevant areas of voice research based on the data.
