Procurement Services also encourages all vendors to register through our Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal. This will allow your organization to view contracting opportunities and submit bid proposals for university projects. This portal can be accessed by clicking the button below.

Please note, our Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal is the preferred method of submitting proposals; however, we still accept physical bid submissions during our regular office hours at Old Main Room 125. All bid opportunities are also posted on the Procurement Services website under the Bid and Proposal Opportunities section.

The State of West Virginia strongly encourages the use of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for payment in lieu of paper checks.
