Bids shall be submitted to Marshall University Procurement Services on or before the time and date indicated in the solicitation. Unless otherwise stated, bids will be received in the Procurement Services Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal or Old Main Room 125, One John Marshall Drive, Huntington, WV 25755-4100.

Electronic bids are acceptable if a link is provided below and/or instructions are provided in the bidding documents. Faxed or emailed bids are unacceptable.
