Nick Bedway

Nick Bedway, Director, earned his B.S. and M.A. from Marshall University and worked for the past six years as an instructor in the math department. Before coming back to work at Marshall, he worked seven years in the operations department of a bank. Patty Moore, Counselor, received her B.A. in Counseling from Marshall University and worked as an Orientation Leader for the Office of Admissions. Prior to coming to the EOC, her experience included teaching and counseling Independent Living skills to youths. Patty spent twenty-six years raising her family in Wayne County, WV, and now resides in Rush, KY. Roxanne Smith, Counselor, has a Regent's Bachelor of Arts Degree and is completing a M.A. in Sociology from Marshall University. Her area of focus is gender and diversity in Appalachia. Debra McDanald received her B.A. from Marshall University. As a lifelong Huntingtonian, Debra worked as a Realtor in the Tri-State area for 10 years, before returning to MU to work in the TRiO EOC.
