URGENT: STUDENT REFUND PROCESS
Marshall University has entered into a partnership with PNC Bank to provide student refunds. All students must log onto the Marshall-PNC e-Refund Payment Portal and select their refund preference.
For your convenience, you may click on the e-refund button above or logon myMU and click the quick launch navigation button to select a refund preference.
You may select one of the following refund options:
- You may choose to have the funds deposited to your existing bank account (48-72 hours processing time), have a check mailed to you within 3 business days (7-10 business days to receive), or open and have funds deposited to a PNC Bank Account (24-48 hours processing time).
If you do not choose a refund preference your refund will default to a paper check and will be mailed to the permanent address on record with Marshall University.
