Effective June 1, 2015. Higher One will no longer provide refund services for Marshall University.

Marshall University has entered into a partnership with PNC Bank to provide student refunds. All students must log onto the Marshall-PNC e-Refund Payment Portal and select their refund preference.

For your convenience, you may click on the e-refund button above or logon myMU and click the quick launch navigation button to select a refund preference for all refunds processed after June 1, 2015.

You may select one of the following refund options:

  • You may choose to open and have funds deposited to a PNC Bank Account (24-48 hours processing time), have the funds deposited to your existing bank account (48-72 hours processing time), or have a check mailed to you within 3 business days (7-10 business days to receive).
  • If you are a current Higher One – One Account holder or have your refunds direct deposited (ACH) to another financial institution, it is VERY IMPORTANT you log onto the Marshall e-Refund Payment Portal to select your refund preference.

If you do not choose a refund preference your refund will default to a paper check and will be mailed to the permanent address on record with Marshall University.

If you want to continue receiving your refunds in your Higher One – One Account you will need to select “ACH into an existing non-PNC bank account” and enter your Higher One – One Account ABA and account number.
