Due Dates

Spring 2027 Payment Deadlines

Your payment due date depends on when you register for classes

If you register:
    November 2 – November 15, 2026
        Payment is due: Wednesday, December 2, 2026

    November 16 – December 4, 2026
        Payment is due: Friday, December 4, 2026

Cancellation for nonpayment: If your account balance is not paid by Friday, December 4, 2026, your classes may be canceled for nonpayment.
Please note: Failure to receive a billing statement will not be accepted as a reason for missing the payment deadline

Marshall University is moving from Heartland ECSI to TouchNet for faster, more flexible refunds. Students will soon receive instructions to choose a new refund preference.

Student Financial Aid Refunds

Spring 2027 refunds for overpayment of financial aid released to your student account will be processed beginning on the first day of the term.

First Payment Due: Due in accordance with published tuition due dates
Second Payment Due: Fri. January 15 2027
Third Payment Due: Fri. February 12 2027
Final Payment Due: Fri. March 12 2027
