About

Forrest Roth is a former Alaskan who has been with the department since 2014, residing and teaching in points between Buffalo, NY, Tokyo, Japan and southern Louisiana before then.

His short fiction has appeared in NOON, Denver Quarterly, Columbia Journal, Juked, Trnsfr, and many other journals. He is the author of a hybrid novella, Line and Pause (BlazeVOX Books, 2007), a prose poem chapbook, The Sullen Pages (Little Red Leaves, 2013), and a novel, Gary Oldman Is A Building You Must Walk Through (What Books Press, 2017). He is also a regular fiction reviewer for The Literary Review at Fairleigh Dickinson University, with other published reviews and essays elsewhere.
