Thank you for visiting our site. The purpose of the Budget Office is to assist in developing a budgeting plan for the University by coordinating the distribution of funds to various areas of the University to the extent funding is available. The Budget Office is located in 203 Old Main.
The Budget Office monitors and forecasts in order to maximize the use of limited resources to meet the University’s mission of providing high quality instruction, research and public service to its customers. The Budget Office assists University staff in ensuring the University maintains a sound financial status and operates within its budget limitations.
Significant changes have been implemented to the Banner finance system specifically with how budgets function within that system. Some recently added webpages contain information that is intended to assist you in managing budgets and may be accessed by clicking on the Budget drop down box above.
Please note that implementation of the new state Enterprise Readiness Planning (ERP) system will continue for the foreseeable future and will require us to adapt our systems to adhere with the new state system requirements. These are the first steps in a series of planned improvements.
Communication will be vital to making these transitions go as smooth as possible so please visit this site often for updates.
