I cannot get to MyMU or I don’t know my PIN.
Contact the Help Desk at 63200. They can help you access My MU or re-set your PIN.

I don’t see the channel that you mentioned.
Make sure you are on the Employee Tab in MyMU.  If you do not have an employee tab, contact your supervisor.

No timesheet appears when I log on.
Check with your supervisor to make sure the appropriate paperwork has been submitted.

I am having trouble entering hours or submitting the time sheet.
Make sure you are in the correct time period and that the submit by date has not passed.
