New Faculty Programs Schedule, Fall 2015

New Faculty Orientation includes additional programs throughout the academic year to give you guidance and information a little at a time. Over the course of the year, we will host several workshops that focus on a variety of topics. New faculty will receive email notifications with links to register, as well as any updates to times and locations. Below is the schedule of workshops for the Fall 2015 semester:

September:  Digital Measures

September 11, 2015

12:00 – 1:50 pm   (Feel free to bring your lunch!)

Drinko Library 349

In the September meeting for New Faculty Orientation, we will dive into some of the technology that all of you will have to use at some point this semester. You will begin creating your planning page and annual report by entering your professional activities into Digital Measures and learn how to post midterm and final grades in MILO. Both Digital Measures and MILO are accessed through MyMU, so we will start there. Our guests include Roberta Ferguson, Marshall University Registrar. Bert (the person – not the computer program) will be available to answer any questions you might have now that you’ve gotten settled in a bit.
