Important Information about File Formats: Adobe PDF® forms may be filled out on screen and then printed.  The information you enter into the fields on an Adobe® form might not be preserved if you save the form to your PC, close the file, and re-open it later.  You are encouraged to run a test with an Adobe® form by entering an item of information into one of the fields and then saving it to your PC under a filename of your own choosing.  Close the form and then re-open it.  If the information you entered on the form does not appear when you re-open the form, you will need to complete and print the Adobe® form in one desktop session.  Generally, users with Adobe Acrobat® available on their PCs can save the Adobe® forms with the information they entered preserved.  Those using Adobe Reader® only may not be able to save field contents.  For any questions or suggestions about these forms please contact the Human Resource Services at human-resources@marshall.edu.
