Share

The School of Art and Design and the Tri-State Arts Association will present Community Drawing Sessions on Monday, Nov. 14 and Monday, Dec. 12 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Visual Arts Center, Room 510. The sessions are free with a Marshall student, faculty or staff ID, and general admission for alumni and other members of the community is $10 a session.

These drop-in Community Drawing Sessions at the VAC provide anyone – novice or professional – the opportunity to practice drawing the human figure in a non-judgmental environment.

Sessions consist of draped or costumed models posed in 20-minute intervals and are perfect for independent work and informal collegial exchange. No prior experience is required and pointer lessons are available upon request. Bring your own materials.
