Carleen O’Neill

Carleen O’Neill is the operations coordinator for Graduate & Interdisciplinary Studies, providing support for the Graduate Studies Office, Global Education Office, Student Research Office, and other offices within Academic Affairs that have an institution-wide impact. She has served on the university’s Classified Staff Council as an EEO 30 representative and served on the Staff Development Committee. In 2025, she was elected to represent Marshall’s staff on the Board of Governors from July 2025 through June 2027. She was a member of the 2023 cohort of the John Marshall Leadership Fellows Program.
