It is estimated that over the next two decades, 143,000 new pilots will need to be trained and ready to fly commercial airliners to meet the demand for air travel.

In the United States, the aviation industry has a need for 132,000 technicians between 2021 and 2041. Over the next few years approximately 30% of the existing aviation technology workforce is going to retire creating thousands of positions for new technicians.
