Interpreter ASL

Students who are Deaf or hard of hearing may request American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter services to support access in academic settings. The below document outlines the process for requesting an interpreter, important timelines and student responsibilities such as communication, attendance and coordination with the Office of Accessibility and Accommodations. Following these procedures helps ensure timely and effective access to classroom instruction and university programs.

Request the reasonable accommodation of interpreter services at least four weeks in advance for interpreter services by completing the Request for Accommodations form online.
