What Can I Expect to Gain from BOLD?

Our year one curriculum includes a variety of topics to help you gain the confidence and skills to be a leader in your field.

Year 1 Content:

  • Initiative
  • Collaboration
  • Ethical & Civic Thinking

Scholars also participate in a Design for Delight training in the spring of the first year, and work to develop a community project.

Application Requirements

  • Resume/CV
  • Recommendation Letter
  • Responses to short answer questions
  • Brief 30 second video response

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Be enrolled a full-time student
  • Be considered a junior for the fall of the start of your cohort year
  • Have a minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Commit to being a Scholar for two full academic years (all of Junior and Senior years).
  • Demonstrate potential to be a leader in your field and promote the mission of the BOLD Women’s Leadership Network
  • Complete the online application before the published deadline
