Attend orientation, monthly mentor check-ins, group meetings, and development workshops
Embrace vulnerability, self-awareness, and integrity in all aspects of leadership.
Use the Strategic Plan to identify personal, academic, and professional goals—and work toward them with intention.
Participate in semester check-ins, journal about experiences, and submit progress notes.
Foster meaningful connections with mentors, peers, and the broader BOLD network.
Serve as ambassadors of BOLD values on campus and in the community.
What Can I Expect to Gain from BOLD?
Our year one curriculum includes a variety of topics to help you gain the confidence and skills to be a leader in your field.
Year 1 Content:

Scholars also participate in a Design for Delight training in the spring of the first year, and work to develop a community project.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Be enrolled a full-time student
- Be considered a junior for the fall of the start of your cohort year
- Have a minimum 3.0 GPA
- Commit to being a Scholar for two full academic years (all of Junior and Senior years).
- Demonstrate potential to be a leader in your field and promote the mission of the BOLD Women’s Leadership Network
- Complete the online application before the published deadline
