Bike Lanes: Closed along 4th Avenue between 15th and 16th Streets, and along Hal Greer Boulevard between 4th and 3rd Avenues. Sidewalks: Closed on the sides immediately adjacent to the construction site. Lane Shifts: Required to accommodate heavy equipment and a crane positioned within the roadway. Hal Greer Boulevard: Concrete islands, curbs, and pavement markings are being temporarily removed and will be fully restored to their current configuration once construction is complete.
