Students attending a Mason or Wayne County middle or high school can apply to the HATS program.

HATS – The Heart of Appalachia Talent Search – is dedicated to helping students in our region access college readiness resources at no cost. If you know someone who might benefit, please submit a referral and we’ll follow up to guide them through the HATS application and support services.
