First Year Halls
North & South
Best for: First-time freshmen looking for a community-focused experience.
- Location: East campus, close to the Campus Rec and Dining Halls
- Room Style: Traditional double rooms with a private bathroom.
- Community: Only open to first-year students, co-ed by room
- Amenities:
- Lounges and study spaces on each floor
- Laundry rooms in both buildings
- Support: Residence halls tailored to support students transitioning to college life. Often host events and mentoring opportunities.
- Cost: $3,892.00 per semester

Twin Towers
East & West
Best for: Upper-level students seeking convenience and community.
- Location: Near the Memorial Student Center and Drinko Library.
- Room Style: Traditional single or double rooms. Community bathrooms.
- Community: Co-ed by floor.
- Amenities:
- Laundry rooms and study lounges on each floor
- Large lounges and game areas in each building
- Support: A mix of independence and support with Resident Advisors available on each floor.

Marshall Commons
Gibson, Haymaker, Wellman & Willis Halls
- Location: Between 5th and 6th Avenues, near Campus Rec Center and Harless Dining Hall.
- Room Style: Suite-style with three different bedroom configurations, in-suite bathroom and common area.
- Community: Co-ed by suite, mostly upper-level and graduate students. Home to honors college students.
- Amenities:
- Single or double bedrooms with shared living space
- Bathrooms are shared with suite mates
- Laundry facilities available on each floor
- Outdoor courtyard space
- Support: More independent living with fewer structured programs. Resident Advisors available on each floor.
- Cost:
- Double Occupancy: $3,606.00
- Single Occupancy: $4,345.00

Buskirk Hall
Best for: Upperclassmen who appreciate charm, character, and a quieter environment.
- Location: Heart of campus, Close to Buskirk Field, Memorial Student Center and academic buildings.
- Room Style: Traditional single and deluxe-double rooms with community bathrooms.
- Community: Female only. Mostly upperclassmen.
- Amenities:
- Historic architecture with modern updates
- Social lounge space on first floor
- Study lounge, kitchen and laundry facilities on each floor
- Close proximity to academic buildings
- Support: Quieter and more independent setting. Resident Advisors available on each floor.
- Cost:
