Buskirk Hall

Buskirk Hall is a six-story women’s residence hall with both double occupancy and single deluxe rooms.  Each floor contains a kitchen (updated range, sink, and refrigerator) and lounge as well as a laundry room. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, cable, high-speed internet, and streaming service. Furnishings within the rooms include two of each: bed frame and mattress (size Twin XL), desk, chair, dresser, and closet.

Buskirk Hall is staffed by an Area Coordinator (AC), Assistant Area Coordinator (AAC), and six Resident Advisors (RAs). The staff strive to provide the residents with valuable information, create a positive community through educational programming, maintain a safe and high-quality living environment, and serve as a resource whenever a student has a question or concern.

First Year Residence Halls

The First Year Residence Halls, North and South, are a community comprised of two four-story buildings exclusive to freshman students. The FY halls are co-ed by room and house a total of 782 students in double occupancy rooms. Each building contains a theater room, smart classroom, and apartments where full-time professional staff live. Each building also has a kitchenette, recreation lounges, study lounges, and a pool table or ping-pong table. Each room is equipped with heating/air conditioning, cable and streaming, high speed internet, and a private bathroom.

The First Year Residence Halls are staffed by a Director of Operations, Assistant Director, Assistant Area Coordinator, Maintenance Technicians. The FY halls also employ 22 Resident Advisors (RAs).  The staff strive to provide the residents with valuable information, create a positive community through educational programming, maintain a safe and high-quality living environment, and serve as a resource whenever a student has a question or concern.

Marshall Commons – Gibson Hall, Haymaker Hall, Wellman Hall, Willis Hall

Marshall Commons consists of four residence halls: Gibson Hall, Haymaker Hall, Wellman Hall, and Willis Hall. Willis Hall is Honors College housing.  Each building co-ed, four stories, and suite-style.  The four types of suites in Commons are: four-person single, four-person double, and eight-person double.  A laundry room, recreation area, and a kitchen are located on the first floor of each hall. Each suite is equipped with air conditioning, cable and streaming amenities, high speed internet, a private bathroom, and a living room for the residents of the suite to socialize. Each room is furnished with a bed, including mattress, desk, chair, dresser, and closet.

Marshall Commons is staffed by a Area Coordinator (AC), Assistant Area Coordinator (AAC) and 16 Resident Advisors (RA). The staff strive to provide the residents with valuable information, create a positive community through educational programming, maintain a safe and high-quality living environment, and serve as a resource whenever a student has a question or concern.

Twin Towers East and Twin Towers West are both fifteen story co-ed residence hall. Rooms are available in Double Occupancy. Laundry rooms, microwaves, and bathrooms are located on each floor. Recreation area and a kitchen are located on the first floor. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, cable amenities, high speed internet. Each room is furnished with a bed, including mattress, desk, chair, dresser, and closet.
