Rural Psychiatry Residency
The Rural Psychiatry Residency Program at the Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine is a fully ACGME accredited psychiatry residency program, that blends training opportunities in both rural and urban settings to bring the resident a comprehensive, well-rounded training experience.
Residents spend half of their time in Huntington, West Virginia, and the other half in the River Cities area, located about one hour outside of Huntington in Point Pleasant, West Virginia.
