ROTC Enrollment Options
If you’re interested in learning what it takes to become an Army Officer, ROTC may be right for you. In addition to teaching you valuable leadership skills, military training, and discipline, ROTC can also provide you with money for tuition and other expenses through scholarships or other tuition assistance programs. How you join ROTC depends on where you are in your educational journey:
In high school and interested in an Army ROTC scholarship? Apply for the Four-Year Scholarship for high school students.
Freshman/sophomore in college and interested in enrolling in ROTC? You can start by taking our MS 101 and MS 101L classes.
Finishing your sophomore in college and haven’t taken any ROTC courses? You may be eligible to go to ROTC Basic Camp to get caught up.
In the National Guard/Reserve, and interested in enrolling in ROTC? The Simultaneous Membership Program allows you to attend ROTC and serve in the U.S. Army Reserve or Army National Guard at the same time. Just sign up for an ROTC class like any other student.
Enlisted Soldiers, ROTC can help you continue to grow and learn. The Green to Gold Program is designed to offer enlisted Soldiers the opportunity to earn a commission and continue service as an Army Officer.
