BOLD Scholars getting ready to do the Bridge Walk

BOLD at Marshall University is an innovative initiative of the BOLD Women’s Leadership Network, designed to empower Scholars with the tools and confidence to lead with purpose.

Grounded in community, mentorship, and real-world learning, participants will be ready to navigate the demands of their future careers and beyond.

Open to all Scholars who will be rising juniors, with priority given to those currently in the Marshall For All Program and have a 3.0 cumulative GPA.

Program Overview

The BOLD Women’s Leadership Network is a program generously funded by the Helen Gurley Brown Foundation.

BOLD was established to honor legendary Cosmopolitan magazine editor-in-chief Helen Gurley Brown.

In the spirit of Brown’s legacy, BOLD develops courageous leadership among young individuals in higher education who possess the skills necessary to effect positive change in relation to some of our most challenging social issues. More information on the project can be found on their website.
