The Child Development Academy (CDA) at Marshall University will host “It’s a Small World,” a cultural celebration highlighting the diversity of its classrooms, from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7, at 520 22nd St. in Huntington.
Each classroom, from infant through preschool, will showcase a specific country, reflecting the many cultures represented within the CDA community. Several children at the center are bilingual.
Through art, music, stories and hands-on activities, children engage in meaningful explorations of culture, building understanding and appreciation for the beauty of traditions around the world.
“It’s a Small World” invites families and guests to experience the creativity and curiosity that define the CDA’s approach to early childhood education.
