Share
Marshall University’s School of Art & Design, in partnership with the Greater Huntington Parks and Recreation District, is proud to announce the return of the Downtown Huntington Art Walk, which kicks off its new season from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 19, and continues monthly through October. The event highlights downtown Huntington as a corridor of art, music and community.

The Art Walk spans the stretch of Third Avenue from Heritage Station to the Market, inviting residents and visitors to explore a rich mix of vendor markets, pop-up exhibitions and installations, gallery openings, artist talks and live performances. The Visual Arts Center will serve as a hub for programming throughout the season, hosting gallery openings and artist talks each Art Walk.

“This is our third Art Walk season, and we have a lot of different things planned,” said co-organizer Courtney Chapman of Marshall’s School of Art & Design. “We will have many returning vendors and events, as well as some brand new faces and things to do and see.”

The 2025 Downtown Huntington Art Walk season dates are:
June 19
July 17
August 21
September 18
October 16

All events take place from 5 to 8 p.m. The Art Walk is free and open to the public.

Artists, vendors and performers interested in participating are encouraged to contact downtownhuntingtonartwalk@gmail.com for more details on how to get involved.
