  HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – The Marshall Recreation Center will remain open regular hours Thursday, Feb. 19, and Friday, Feb. 20. Closing is scheduled as planned at midnight each evening. The Marshall Recreation Center rock wall will open as scheduled from 4-10 p.m. and the pool will be open as scheduled from 6-10 a.m.; noon-2 p.m.;
