Paul R. Durst, M.D., served the department of pathology at the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine faithfully for nearly 15 years. Upon his retirement, his colleagues, under the leadership of department chair Linda G. Brown, M.D., found it only fitting to create a scholarship in his honor.

The West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals returns to Marshall University’s Huntington campus Tuesday, Sept. 20, to conduct a session during which it will hear three appeals.
