Message from Facilities & Operations
As we are preparing for the start of a new academic year, the Facilities & Operations Department would like to share important information regarding work orders, receiving services and key requests to help ensure a smooth and efficient start.
Work Order Requests
All maintenance or repair requests must be submitted through the Work Order system. This includes requests for:
· Office/classroom repairs or adjustments
· Custodial needs
· HVAC or lighting issues
· Furniture moves. To submit a work order: Online Work Order Form
For urgent issues (e.g., leaks, power outages, or safety hazards), please call Facilities & Operations directly at 304-696-6681, (Ext. 66681),
Hours of Operation: 8:00 am – 4:00 p.m. After-hours emergencies or issues call MUPD at X64357.
Receiving Department Information
The Receiving Department, a division of Facilities & Operations, is responsible for the delivery and distribution of all campus packages and freight.
Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Please notify the Receiving Department in advance about any large deliveries or items requiring special handling. Also, remember to clearly label all incoming shipments with your name, department, and campus address to avoid delays in delivery.
Locksmith Services Request for keys should be submitted through the following link: :link: Key Request Form.,(link is at bottom of page). All other door/lock issues should be submitted through our Online Work Order Form. Please call X62997 for any questions.
