We’re excited to share that Cayuse Fund Manager is now live! This new online system will make it easier for you to track and manage your sponsored project funds in real time, giving you clearer insight into your project budgets and spending activity.
What you can do with Cayuse Fund Manager:
- View real-time budget balances for your active awards
- Review detailed transactions and expenditures
- See remaining funds by category (personnel, travel, supplies, etc.)
- Access a user-friendly dashboard designed to simplify financial reporting
- Ensure your projects stay on time, on budget, and in compliance
Cayuse Fund Manager replaces several manual processes and reports, offering you a more efficient, accurate way to monitor your awards. With any new software, validation is still currently ongoing to keep information in sync with Banner.
Get Started
Access to Cayuse is granted based on Banner request approval. You can complete the Banner Finance Privilege Request Dynamic Form found here. This form is also located under the forms page of our website.
