Biography
Dr. Tina D. Rollins is Library Director at Hampton University, where she provides strategic leadership for the university’s main and satellite libraries. She oversees library operations, budget management, personnel, and organizational planning while advancing services that support teaching, learning, and research. With more than two decades of experience in academic librarianship, Rollins has held leadership roles in collection development, technical services, cataloging, acquisitions, reference, and information literacy, bringing a comprehensive perspective to library administration. Her work emphasizes strengthening library collections and services, fostering student success, and promoting equitable access to scholarly resources through collaboration, assessment, and innovative leadership.
