Student Organization Got That Beat will be hosting: Sharing HERstory- an Interpretive Representation of Famous Women who have Shaped History.

Proceeds will go towards the Women’s Center and Branches, a local domestic violence shelter.

There will be raffle prizes offered, and you should totally show up and bring all your friends!

Marshall University Student Government Association will be collecting period products all month long!

This year the Women’s Center celebrates 50 years of dedicated service to the students, faculty, and staff of Marshall. Help us celebrate while we continue to recognize the women, past and present, who make it all possible.

2026 Charlotte Schmidlapp Distinguished Lecture in Women’s Studies

Dr. Bernadette Barton will present The Pornification of America: How Raunch Culture is Ruining Society.

Dr. Barton is a professor of Sociology and the Director of Gender Studies at Morehead State University.

Free and Open to the public.
