These partnerships ensure the university’s expertise is aligned with the state’s most pressing needs—from healthcare and infrastructure to energy and entrepreneurship. By maintaining open communication and strategic collaboration with state government, Marshall can expand opportunities that benefit students, faculty and the communities it serves.

We take meetings throughout the year – both internally and externally. We host tours and informational sessions, present at Interims, arrange for Marshall experts to testify and staff the legislative activities, state government announcements and events.
