Last year, over 300 universities across the U.S. organized events to celebrate Food Day and for the second year, Marshall University will join the movement Oct. 22.

Dr. Randall Dipert will deliver his lecture, “The Ethics and Policy of Cyberwarfare,” at 3 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 22, in Marshall University’s Foundation Hall.
