Each resident is assigned a mailbox within his/her residence hall.

MU Mail Services does not normally receive mail for students in the Residence Halls. The US Postal Services delivers directly to Marshall’s residence halls and the residence halls handle all mail and packages received.

If you are looking for mail from any other courier service (UPS, Fed EX etc.) other than the US Postal Services, you should contact Marshall’s Receiving Department at 304-696-6678.

In order to alleviate some of the delivery problems we have been experiencing with mail and packages, all mail should be sent to the following addresses listed below. If you have any questions about this change, please contact Housing and Residence Life can be reached at 304-696-6765 or MU Mail Services at 304-696-2485 between 8am – 5pm, M-F.

DO NOT USE Marshall University’s unique Zip Code 25755 (it is for University Business Mail only)
