Girls in Aviation Day | Saturday, September 19
West Virginia International Yeager Airport and the Marshall University Bill Noe Flight School are excited to host our fourth annual Girls in Aviation Day on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026, at the Bill Noe flight School from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. This free event introduces girls of all ages to the exciting world of aviation through hands-on STEAM activities, aircraft displays, and opportunities to meet women working in aviation and aerospace.
Hosted in partnership with Women in Aviation International, the event is designed to inspire the next generation of pilots, engineers, mechanics, air traffic controllers, and aviation professionals.
