Document Pick-Up & Delivery Options


Pick-up your mail or documents in our office at Old Main 321

Old Main is located at the intersection of Hal Greer Boulevard and 4th Avenue, and Room 321 is located on the third floor.

Ask a friend or family member to pick-up your mail or documents for you

In order to release your documents to anyone other than you, ISS must receive a FERPA release form that is notarized or completed in-person at Old Main 321 with photo ID. If you are unable to come to Old Main 321 to complete the form in-person, click the link below to print the MU FERPA form.   1. Log in to UEMS eShipGlobal
  3. Select Marshall University
  4. Finalize your shipment

Once your shipment is finalized, the Office of International Student Services will receive your label via email to ship your documents. Please be advised that shipment requests are processed during regular business hours and all shipments arranged while the University is closed will be processed the following business day. Any shipment request made after 1pm will be shipped out on the following business day.
